Successful candidates will support yacht navigation, deck operations, engineering, hospitality, luxury guest services, culinary operations, housekeeping, wellness services, medical support, and onboard security while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, discretion, and guest satisfaction.

Medical Department
Job Responsibilities
- Support safe yacht navigation and daily vessel operations
- Maintain deck equipment and exterior presentation
- Deliver exceptional luxury guest service and hospitality
- Prepare high-quality meals for guests and crew
- Maintain guest cabins, interior spaces, and laundry services
- Provide spa, massage, grooming, and wellness services where applicable
- Deliver professional medical assistance onboard when required
- Ensure confidentiality, discretion, and premium guest experience
- Participate in safety drills and emergency response procedures
- Comply with ISM, STCW, MLC, and company HSE standards
- Maintain operational readiness and effective teamwork onboard
Requirements
- Valid STCW certification package
- Previous Private or Charter Motor Yacht experience preferred
- Valid Certificate of Competency (CoC) for officer positions
- Relevant professional qualifications for culinary, hospitality, wellness, medical, or security positions
- Valid passport, seaman book (where applicable), and medical certificate
- Excellent English communication skills
- High level of professionalism and guest service
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in multicultural environments
- Physically and medically fit for sea service
