A luxury yacht management company is currently seeking qualified and experienced crew members to join Private and Charter Motor Yachts operating worldwide.

Selected candidates will be responsible for maintaining high standards of navigation, engineering, guest service, housekeeping, and onboard hospitality. The role requires professionalism, discretion, and the ability to deliver exceptional service in a luxury environment.

Requirements:

•  Previous experience in the same rank on yachts or luxury hospitality environment 
•  Valid STCW certification and seafarer documentation (for maritime roles) 
•  Relevant licenses/certifications for specialized roles (engineering, diving, spa, etc.) 
•  Valid passport and medical certificate
•  Excellent English communication skills (additional languages are an advantage) 
•  Strong guest service skills and attention to detail 
•  Ability to work in a multinational crew environment
•  Professional appearance, discretion, and positive attitude 
•  Flexibility to work long hours and adapt to charter schedules

• Contract Duration: As per yacht program (private/charter) 
• Salary: Competitive, based on position and experience
