Job Description
A reputable maritime company is currently seeking qualified and experienced seafarers to join Ro-Ro and Ro-Pax Passenger Vessel operations worldwide.
Successful candidates will support vessel navigation, engineering operations, passenger services, cargo handling activities, deck maintenance, and onboard safety procedures while ensuring compliance with international maritime regulations and company operational standards.
This opportunity is ideal for maritime professionals with previous Ro-Ro, Ro-Pax, passenger vessel, or ferry experience.
Open Positions
Engine Department
- 1st Assistant Engineer — EUR 7,000/month
- 2nd Engineer — EUR 5,000/month
Deck Department
- Bosun — EUR 3,540/month
- Able Seaman (AB) — EUR 3,100/month
Job Responsibilities
Engine Department
- Operate and maintain propulsion and auxiliary machinery
- Conduct preventive maintenance and repair activities
- Monitor engine room systems and equipment performance
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
- Maintain engineering records and reports
Deck Department
- Support mooring, anchoring, and cargo operations
- Perform deck maintenance and preservation work
- Assist with passenger vessel safety procedures
- Maintain deck equipment and operational readiness
- Participate in emergency drills and safety exercises
Requirements
General Requirements
- Valid STCW certification package
- Valid passport, seaman book, and medical certificate
- Good English communication skills
- Strong safety awareness and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a multinational crew environment
Officer Requirements
- Valid Certificate of Competency (CoC) appropriate to rank
- Previous experience in the same rank preferred
- Ro-Ro, Ro-Pax, ferry, or passenger vessel experience preferred
Ratings Requirements
- Previous deck operations experience preferred
- Familiarity with passenger vessel safety procedures is an advantage
- Experience with mooring, cargo, and maintenance operations preferred
