As per cruise line standards, responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Delivering high-quality guest service according to company policies
• Maintaining hygiene and safety protocols
• Performing duties as per department SOPs
• Working collaboratively with international crew members
• Valid STCW certificates (where applicable)
• Prior cruise ship or 5-star hotel experience preferred
• Excellent English communication skills
• Relevant professional qualification or license
• Physically fit and medically cleared for sea service
• Contract Duration: 6–8 months (renewable)
