Job Description

We are recruiting an experienced Welder to support offshore operations on an upcoming project in Europe.

The successful candidate will be involved in fabrication, welding, rigging, lifting, and launch and recovery activities, including welding works associated with trenching operations.

Previous offshore experience in a similar Welder position is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform welding and fabrication works during offshore operations.
• Support rigging and lifting activities as required.
• Participate in launch and recovery operations.
• Carry out welding works related to trenching operations.
• Prepare and inspect welding equipment and work areas.
• Follow approved welding procedures and project specifications.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and safety.
• Participate in toolbox talks, safety meetings and offshore project activities.
• Comply with all company HSE and environmental procedures.
• Report equipment defects, hazards and unsafe conditions to supervisors.

Requirements

• Previous offshore experience as a Welder – mandatory.
• Valid Offshore Survival certification – mandatory.
• Valid ENG1 Medical – mandatory.
• Rigger Competence – Stage 3 – mandatory.
• Valid Welding Qualification – mandatory.
• Proven fabrication and welding experience.
• Experience with rigging and lifting activities.
• Experience with launch and recovery operations is an advantage.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong safety awareness and ability to work in an offshore environment.
• Availability to join on 20 October 2026.
