Job Description

A maritime company is seeking a skilled Fitter to join an AHTS Non-DP vessel.

The successful candidate will support the maintenance, inspection, and repair of mechanical equipment and systems onboard, helping to ensure the vessel's safe and efficient operation.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out mechanical maintenance and repair work
• Assist with inspections of machinery and equipment
• Perform fitting, fabrication, and repair tasks as required
• Maintain tools and workshop equipment
• Support engine department maintenance activities
• Follow onboard safety procedures and company standards

Requirements

• Valid seafarer's documents and certificates
• Good English communication skills
• Good interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Relevant mechanical and fitting skills
• Strong safety awareness
