We are currently seeking an experienced Waterboss / Marine Supervisor for a dredging project in France. The role involves overseeing marine operations, ensuring safe and efficient dredging activities, and coordinating closely with vessel crew, shore management, and project stakeholders. This is a rotational offshore assignment suited for professionals with strong dredging expertise and leadership skills.

As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Supervising daily marine and dredging operations onboard
• Ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and operational procedures
• Coordinating vessel movements, dredging activities, and work schedules
• Acting as the main point of contact between vessel, client, and project team
• Supporting reporting and operational documentation

• Valid STCW certificates (as applicable)
• Valid medical fitness certificate
• Proven experience as Waterboss / Marine Supervisor on dredging projects
• Strong knowledge of dredging operations and marine supervision
• Basic understanding of French language (highly beneficial)
• Good level of English communication
