Job Description
A Dredging Supervisor is required for an immediate opportunity in Qatar. The successful candidate will oversee dredging activities and ensure that operations are carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project requirements.
The position is competency-based, with candidates assessed according to their relevant experience, technical knowledge, and ability to supervise dredging operations.
Key Responsibilities
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
- Supervising day-to-day dredging operations.
- Coordinating dredging crew and equipment activities.
- Monitoring operational performance and ensuring work is completed according to project requirements.
- Maintaining safe working practices throughout dredging operations.
- Reporting operational progress and issues to project management.
Requirements
- Relevant experience in dredging operations.
- Proven competency suitable for a Dredging Supervisor role.
- Strong understanding of dredging procedures and equipment.
- Ability to supervise and coordinate operational teams.
- Good communication skills.
- Valid documents and certifications as applicable.
