Job Description

Maritime Universal is currently seeking an experienced Stinger Supervisor to support major offshore construction and subsea installation projects in the United Arab Emirates.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising stinger operations during offshore installation activities, ensuring safe execution of construction procedures, coordinating offshore teams, and maintaining compliance with project specifications and safety standards.

This opportunity is ideal for offshore construction professionals with extensive experience in subsea installation and pipeline or cable installation projects.

Job Responsibilities
Supervise stinger operations during offshore installation activities
Coordinate installation activities with project and vessel management teams
Monitor equipment performance and operational efficiency
Ensure compliance with engineering procedures and project specifications
Lead offshore construction crews during installation campaigns
Conduct safety briefings and toolbox talks
Maintain project documentation and operational reports
Ensure compliance with HSE and offshore safety regulations

Requirements
Previous experience as Stinger Supervisor on offshore projects
Experience in subsea installation, offshore construction, or pipeline/cable laying projects
Strong knowledge of offshore installation procedures
Good English communication skills
Strong leadership and supervisory skills
Offshore safety certifications relevant to project requirements
Ability to work effectively within multinational project teams
