Job Description:
We are currently recruiting experienced Rigging Supervisors to join a Cable Lay Vessel in Taiwan, mobilizing on 27th May.
This offshore project is focused on cable installation and tower pull operations within the renewable energy sector. Only candidates with strong and proven experience in cable installation and tower pull activities will be considered.
The Rigging Supervisor will oversee deck lifting operations, ensure compliance with safety standards, and coordinate rigging teams during critical installation phases.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Supervising rigging teams during cable lay and tower pull operations
• Planning and coordinating lifting activities onboard
• Ensuring all lifting operations comply with safety regulations and company procedures
• Conducting toolbox talks and risk assessments
• Liaising with vessel management and project team regarding deck operations

Requirements:
• Valid STCW certificates
• Stage 1 Rigging Certificate
• Stage 1 Slinger/Banksman Certificate
• Full GWO certification
• Valid BOSIET or FOET
• Valid Medical Certificate
• Chester Step Test
• EU or UK Passport (mandatory)
• Extensive experience in cable installation and tower pull operations
• Previous supervisory experience in offshore rigging
• Proficiency in English communication
