Job Description: An experienced Tower Team Rigging Supervisor is required to join a Cable Lay Vessel for a six-week offshore project in Taiwan. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising rigging activities, coordinating lifting operations, and ensuring compliance with safety procedures throughout the project. Candidates must have previous experience working on cable vessels and possess all required offshore and wind industry certifications. Travel is scheduled for 15 June 2026.

Key Responsibilities: As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Supervise rigging and lifting operations onboard the vessel
• Coordinate tower team activities and ensure safe execution of tasks
• Monitor compliance with lifting plans and safety procedures
• Conduct toolbox talks and support risk assessment activities
• Ensure all rigging equipment is inspected and used in accordance with regulations

Requirements:
• Medical fitness certificate
• Proficiency in English communication
• Previous experience on Cable Lay Vessels
• Valid EU passport or UK passport
• Valid Chester Step certificate
• Full GWO certification
• Rigging / Slinger Banksman certification
• Relevant experience as a Rigging Supervisor
