Job Description
Maritime Universal is currently seeking an experienced Cable Laying Supervisor to support major offshore construction and subsea cable installation projects in the United Arab Emirates.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising cable laying operations, coordinating offshore installation activities, monitoring project execution, and ensuring compliance with technical, operational, and safety requirements.
This opportunity is ideal for offshore construction professionals with experience in subsea cable installation and offshore energy infrastructure projects.
Job Responsibilities
Supervise offshore cable laying operations
Coordinate cable installation activities with project teams
Monitor cable deployment and installation procedures
Ensure compliance with engineering and project requirements
Lead offshore installation crews during project execution
Maintain operational efficiency and quality standards
Conduct safety meetings and toolbox talks
Prepare operational reports and installation documentation
Requirements
Previous experience as Cable Laying Supervisor
Experience in subsea cable installation projects
Knowledge of offshore construction and subsea operations
Good English communication skills
Strong leadership and supervisory abilities
Offshore safety certifications relevant to project requirements
Ability to work effectively in multinational offshore environments
