Job Description

We are recruiting experienced Bridge / Shift Superintendents for upcoming offshore projects in the UK sector within 12 nautical miles (NM).

The successful candidate will provide offshore supervisory and marine coordination support, ensuring vessel and project operations are conducted safely, efficiently and in accordance with applicable procedures and HSE requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise offshore vessel and marine operations during assigned shifts.
• Coordinate vessel movements and offshore project activities.
• Support safe and efficient marine operations within the project area.
• Coordinate with bridge teams, offshore personnel and project representatives.
• Monitor operational activities and address issues as they arise.
• Participate in toolbox talks, safety meetings and emergency procedures.
• Ensure compliance with offshore HSE and marine safety requirements.
• Maintain effective communication between vessel and project teams.
• Support offshore construction, subsea, cable or renewable-energy activities where applicable.

Requirements

• Previous offshore supervisory experience – mandatory.
• Proven vessel operations / marine coordination experience.
• Previous experience in offshore renewables, subsea, cable or offshore construction is preferred.
• Valid Offshore Survival certification.
• Valid Offshore Medical.
• Strong marine operational and coordination skills.
• Good English communication skills.
• Strong leadership, decision-making and safety awareness.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary offshore team.
• Availability for upcoming UK-sector projects.
