Job Description:

We urgently require an experienced Master SDPO to join a PSV DP2 vessel operating offshore in Namibia.
The vessel is engaged in offshore support operations and requires a competent Master with strong DP handling skills, proven PSV DP2 experience, and excellent operational awareness.

This role is suitable for candidates with solid DP background, strong leadership skills, and the ability to operate safely and efficiently in offshore environments.

Key Responsibilities:

As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Overall command of the PSV DP2 vessel
• Safe navigation and DP operations in accordance with company and international standards
• Supervision and management of deck officers and crew
• Ensuring compliance with DP procedures, safety management systems, and project requirements
• Coordination with clients and offshore installations during operations
• Maintaining high standards of safety, efficiency, and environmental compliance

Requirements:

• Valid STCW certificates appropriate to the rank
• Full DP Certificate (Unlimited)
• Minimum 24 months experience as Master SDPO on PSV DP2 vessels
• Good level of spoken and written English
• Valid Passport, Seaman’s Book, and Medical Certificate

Employment Details:

• Contract Rotation: 2 months on / 2 months off
• Joining Date: End of January
• Vessel Type: PSV DP2
• Salary: USD 300–350 per day (depending on experience)
