Job Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced Chief Officer / SDPO to join an Offshore Support Vessel (OSV DP2, GRT 8500, built in 2011, Norwegian flag) operating in the USA. The vessel is equipped with a 150T AHC crane and is likely engaged in offshore wind or subsea operations.
The contract duration is 4 weeks with a planned joining date on 29th April. This is a short-term assignment requiring a highly experienced DP-certified officer with proven offshore background.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Maintaining safe navigation and DP operations as SDPO
• Assisting the Master in vessel operations and crew management
• Supervising cargo and deck operations, including crane activities
• Ensuring compliance with safety procedures and international maritime regulations
• Maintaining documentation and reporting related to DP operations and sea service

Requirements:
• Valid STCW certificates
• Medical fitness certificate
• Proficiency in English communication
• Valid US Visa (B1-OCS or B1 for wind activities)
• Chief Officer License (CoC)
• DP Full Certificate
• HUET, CA-EBS, HLO certificates
• Minimum 24 months experience on similar vessels in position of Chief Officer / SDPO
