Location: KSA (Kingdom of Saudi Arabia)

Job Description:

A shipping company is seeking a Chief Officer / SDPO for a DSV DP2 vessel operating in KSA waters.
The vessel is engaged in offshore diving support operations, including SAT diving activities.
Candidates with ARAMCO approval are preferable. This is a medium-term contract with competitive daily wages.

Key Responsibilities:

As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
 • Navigation and watchkeeping as Officer of the Watch / SDPO
 • Operation and supervision of the vessel’s Dynamic Positioning (DP) system
 • Leading and supporting SAT diving and offshore project operations
 • Maintaining DP logbooks and operational records
 • Ensuring compliance with safety, operational, and company standards

Requirements:

• Valid Master License
• DP Full Certificate and DP Logbook
• Valid STCW certificates
• Valid medical fitness certificate
• Minimum 24 months actual onboard experience on similar DP2 vessels in the rank of Chief Officer / SDPO
• Solid experience in SAT diving operations
• ARAMCO-approved candidates preferred
• Proficiency in English communication
• Marlins Test: minimum score 80% in all sections
