Job Description:
We are currently recruiting a Chief Officer / SDPO for an AHTS DP2 vessel operating in UAE waters.
The contract duration is 60–90 days with joining ASAP. The vessel is engaged in offshore operations, and candidates must have proven experience on similar vessel types. ADNOC-approved candidates are preferable.
Wages are 350 USD per day.
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
- Assisting the Master in the safe navigation and overall command of the vessel
- Supervising DP operations and ensuring safe vessel positioning during offshore projects
- Coordinating deck and offshore activities with the crew
- Ensuring compliance with company procedures, client requirements, and safety regulations
- Maintaining accurate navigational, DP, and operational records
Requirements:
- Valid STCW certificates
- Valid Medical Fitness Certificate
- Master Mariner License
- DP Full Certificate
- Minimum 24 months of actual onboard experience on similar vessel types in the rank of Chief Officer / SDPO
- ADNOC approval (preferable)
- Marlins Test with minimum 80% score in all sections
- Proficiency in English communication
