Job Description:
We are currently looking for an experienced Chief Officer / SDPO to join a DP2 Anchor Handling Tug Supply vessel (AHTS) operating in offshore fields in the UAE. The vessel is engaged in anchor handling, towing, and supply operations supporting offshore installations.
The successful candidate will assist the Master in managing vessel operations and will be responsible for Dynamic Positioning (DP) operations, deck management, and safe cargo handling. The contract duration is 60–90 days with ASAP joining.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Assist the Master in the safe navigation and operational management of the vessel
• Operate and monitor Dynamic Positioning (DP) systems during offshore operations
• Supervise deck operations including anchor handling, towing, and cargo operations
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures, company policies, and maritime regulations
• Maintain deck logs, DP logbooks, and operational documentation

Requirements:
• Valid Master License (COC)
• Valid DP Full Certificate
• Valid STCW certificates
• Valid medical fitness certificate
• Marlins English Test for Seafarers with minimum 80% in all sections
• Proficiency in English communication
• Minimum 24 months experience as Chief Officer / SDPO on Anchor Handling Tug Supply vessel (AHTS) or similar vessels
• ADNOC approval preferred (Abu Dhabi National Oil Company)
