Job Description:
Anglo-Eastern Offshore is currently recruiting an experienced 1st Officer SDPO (with HLO certification) for a newbuild Construction Support Offshore Vessel (CSOV).
This is an immediate mobilisation opportunity to join a high-spec vessel project with strong focus on safety, advanced DP operations, and long-term offshore career development.

Joining port: Hong Kong
Rotation: 6 weeks on / 6 weeks off (±2 weeks)

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Safe navigation and bridge operations as 1st Officer onboard CSOV
• DP (Dynamic Positioning) operations support as SDPO
• Assisting Master in vessel command and operational planning
• Ensuring compliance with offshore safety and navigation procedures
• Helicopter landing operations coordination as HLO
• Maintaining bridge equipment and communication systems
• Supporting construction and offshore installation activities

Requirements:
• Valid Certificate of Competency (CoC)
• Valid GMDSS certificate
• STCW certification
• Valid Medical certificate
• BOSIET / FOET (incl. CA-EBS)
• DP Operator Certificate
• BRM (Bridge Resource Management)
• DGA / CAA certification (as applicable)
• HLO certification (OPITO: HOIT, HERTM, HERTL) – mandatory
• Strong experience in offshore DP operations preferred
