Job Description
Recruitment is open for an experienced Safety Officer to support onboard safety management, risk assessment, and compliance with offshore and maritime safety procedures during W2W operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor compliance with onboard HSE procedures.
- Conduct safety inspections and workplace risk assessments.
- Support toolbox talks, drills, and safety briefings.
- Report incidents and assist with investigations.
- Promote safe working practices during offshore operations.
Requirements
- Relevant safety qualifications for the position.
- Experience in the same rank and on a W2W vessel.
- Experience on a vessel of at least 6,000 GT.
- Valid offshore and maritime certificates as required.
- Valid medical fitness certificate.
- Valid passport and seafarer's documents.
- Good English communication skills.
