Location: United Kingdom / Offshore (UKCS & International Projects)
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Leading and supervising ROV operations, including piloting, tooling integration, and system performance management
• Conducting fault-finding, technical troubleshooting, and overseeing maintenance of ROV systems
• Providing technical and operational leadership to ROV teams offshore
• Supporting project delivery through planning, reporting, and client interfacing
• Participating in incident investigations, technical reviews, and lessons learned processes
• Assessing and mentoring junior ROV personnel and supporting competence development
• Minimum 540 days offshore ROV experience, with logged piloting hours recorded in an IMCA ROV Logbook
• CV with full work history to date
• Valid and current IMCA Company Member Competence Certificate or completed and validated IMCA Competence Portfolio (R02)
• Multi-discipline project experience including construction, decommissioning, IRM, or survey scopes
• Experience with Saab Seaeye and/or Kystdesign ROV systems (preferred)
• Recognized technical qualification in electrical, electronic, mechanical, or hydraulic discipline (NVQ Level 3, HNC, military trade, or equivalent)
• Exposure to simulator-based training and/or ROC operations (preferred)
• Experience contributing to incident investigations, technical reviews, or operational debriefs
• Strong leadership, communication, and client interface skills
• Proven ability to supervise tooling integration and complex ROV operations
• Approved Company Competence Assessor or willingness to undertake Assessor training
• OPITO approved BOSIET with CA-EBS
• MIST (UKCS only)
• OEUK Medical, including bi-deltoid shoulder measurements
• Contract Duration: Project-based / As per operational requirements
