Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced ROV Supervisor to join our offshore operations on various vessels. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising ROV operations in a dynamic offshore environment. This is a 12-month renewable contract on a 35/35 rotation, with a start date as soon as possible. Insurance will be provided by the company. Candidates must be able to operate complex ROV systems, support field operations, and ensure safety and efficiency throughout project execution.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Plan and coordinate ROV operations, including system checks and fault identification across mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and control systems.
• Operate ROVs and manipulators during offshore tasks, including transport, installation, and removal of ROV systems.
• Supervise field personnel, allocate responsibilities, and maintain communication between field operations and base support.
• Conduct safety briefings, monitor crew performance, and provide technical support for installation, service, and repair of equipment.
• Prepare detailed post-job reports, update technical documentation, and design or construct custom ROV tools as needed.

Requirements:
• Minimum of 6 years’ experience as an ROV Operator.
• Experience with Schilling HD ROV systems and proficiency in Triton, XL, XLX, and XLS systems.
• Prior experience in Innovator operations.
• Relevant professional and technical ROV training certificates.
• Work experience certificates verifying prior ROV operations.
• Strong technical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and adaptability in offshore/subsea environments.
• Valid STCW certificates and medical fitness certificate.
• Proficiency in English (minimum B1).
