Job Description:
WRS is urgently seeking an experienced ROV Supervisor for a short-term project on the UK Continental Shelf. You will supervise all ROV operations utilizing a Seaeye Cougar Work Class ROV system. The role involves leading the offshore ROV team to execute subsea inspection, survey, or light intervention tasks. The project is scheduled to commence mobilisation around 21st January for an estimated duration of 2-3 weeks. Work will be conducted outside the 12-nautical-mile limit, applicable to offshore/seafarers' employment terms.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Leading and managing all offshore ROV (Seaeye Cougar) operations, ensuring safety and efficiency.
• Planning and supervising daily ROV dive plans, tooling setups, and maintenance activities.
• Ensuring all work is carried out in strict compliance with client procedures, IMCA guidelines, and QHSE standards.
• Providing clear technical direction to the ROV team and acting as the primary client interface offshore.
• Completing accurate operational reports, logs, and maintenance records.

Requirements:
• Valid IMCA ROV Supervisor certification (or recognised equivalent) with proven experience on the Seaeye Cougar system.
• Valid STCW certificates (including BST, PSCRB, AFF).
• Valid offshore medical fitness certificate (e.g., OGUK).
• Proficiency in English communication (written and verbal).
• Valid BOSIET/FOET with CA-EBS for the UK sector.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an ROV Supervisor, with significant recent experience on the Seaeye Cougar platform.
