Job Description:
TOS Indonesia is looking for a qualified and experienced Skipper to support marine operations in Indonesia. The Skipper will be responsible for the safe operation and navigation of the assigned vessel or marine craft, supervising onboard activities, and ensuring compliance with applicable safety and operational procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
- Safely operate and navigate the assigned vessel or marine craft.
- Supervise onboard crew and coordinate daily marine activities.
- Ensure safe execution of marine operations.
- Conduct routine checks of vessel equipment and operational systems.
- Follow company, maritime, and health and safety procedures.
Requirements:
- Valid STCW certificates.
- Valid medical fitness certificate.
- Valid Skipper/appropriate Certificate of Competency.
- Relevant experience as a Skipper in marine or offshore operations.
- Good English communication skills.
- Ability to work safely and effectively in an operational environment.
