Job Description:
Select Offshore is currently looking for experienced Rigger Foremen to join an upcoming Cable Lay project. Multiple mobilisation dates and rotations are available. Candidates must have relevant cable lay and offshore experience and hold the required UK work permit and certifications.
Open Position:
Rigger Foreman
• Start Dates: 1 September 2026 and 8 September 2026
• Duration: 4 weeks
• Multiple rotations available
Key Responsibilities:
As per company and project requirements, duties may include but are not limited to:
• Supervising rigging operations and offshore rigging teams
• Coordinating lifting and handling activities during cable lay operations
• Ensuring rigging activities are carried out safely and efficiently
• Conducting toolbox talks and ensuring compliance with HSE procedures
• Supporting the offshore project team and coordinating daily operations
Requirements:
• Valid UK FWP (Full Work Permit)
• Previous Cable Lay experience
• Full GWO (Global Wind Organisation) certification
• Valid Rigging Certificate
• Valid Offshore Medical Certificate
• Previous offshore experience in a supervisory rigging role
• Availability for the specified mobilisation dates
