Job Description:
TOS Indonesia is looking for an experienced Rigger to support marine and offshore operations in Indonesia. The Rigger will be responsible for preparing and handling lifting equipment, securing loads, and assisting with lifting and rigging activities in accordance with established safety procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
- Prepare and inspect slings, shackles, lifting gear, and other rigging equipment.
- Assist with lifting, moving, and positioning heavy loads.
- Secure loads and ensure correct rigging arrangements.
- Communicate effectively with crane operators and other crew during lifting operations.
- Follow all lifting, rigging, and workplace safety procedures.
Requirements:
- Relevant rigging certification/training as required.
- Valid medical fitness certificate.
- Previous experience as a Rigger in marine, offshore, or industrial operations.
- Good knowledge of lifting and rigging practices.
- Good English communication skills.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety.
