Job Description:
TEXO Recruitment is currently seeking experienced Offshore Riggers for an upcoming short-term mobilisation in the North Sea. The successful candidates will support offshore lifting and rigging operations, assisting with the safe handling, positioning, securing, and movement of loads in an offshore environment.
This is a 7-day offshore assignment, with mobilisation scheduled for Friday, 31 July 2026. All required offshore certifications must be valid and current at the time of mobilisation.
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
Carry out rigging, slinging, lifting, and load-securing operations offshore.
Prepare and inspect lifting equipment and rigging gear before use.
Assist crane operators and offshore teams during lifting operations.
Ensure loads are safely connected, positioned, and secured in accordance with approved procedures.
Follow all offshore HSE requirements and maintain safe working practices at all times.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Offshore Rigger.
Valid OPITO Rigger Competence certification.
Valid Working at Height certification.
Valid BOSIET or FOET.
Valid MIST certification.
Valid OEUK Medical.
All certificates and medical documentation must be current and valid.
Good English communication skills.
Ability to mobilise to the North Sea on the required date.
