Job Description:
TEXO Recruitment is currently seeking experienced Offshore Riggers for two upcoming short-term projects in the North Sea.
Mobilisation dates are 30 July (7–10 day trip) and 31 July (10–12 day trip). The successful candidates will be responsible for supporting offshore lifting and rigging operations while ensuring compliance with company procedures and industry safety standards. All certifications must be valid and in date.
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
Perform rigging and lifting operations safely and efficiently.
Inspect and prepare lifting gear and rigging equipment before use.
Assist crane operators and lifting teams during offshore operations.
Ensure all lifting activities comply with approved lifting plans and safety procedures.
Maintain high standards of housekeeping and HSE compliance onboard.
Requirements:
Valid STCW certificates
Valid OEUK Medical Certificate
Proficiency in English communication
OPITO Rigger Competence Certificate (or Reassessment)
Working at Height (WAH) Certificate
BOSIET or FOET
MIST Certificate
All certificates must be current and valid
Previous offshore rigging experience preferred
Employment Details:
Contract Duration: 7–10 days or 10–12 days
