Job Description:
A leading offshore contractor is seeking an experienced Rigger to join an upcoming offshore project in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting lifting operations, rigging activities, and equipment handling while ensuring all work is performed safely and in accordance with project requirements and offshore safety standards.
The position requires Malaysian nationals with valid certifications, medical fitness, and preferably previous approval or experience working on Saudi Aramco projects. Candidates must be available for immediate mobilisation.
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
Perform rigging and lifting operations according to approved lifting plans and procedures.
Inspect lifting gear, rigging equipment, and tools before use.
Assist crane operations by safely securing and guiding loads.
Support equipment installation, movement, and offshore project activities.
Maintain compliance with HSE procedures and workplace safety standards.
Requirements:
Valid offshore / lifting-related certifications
Valid Medical Fitness Certificate (minimum 6 months validity required)
Proficiency in English communication
Malaysian nationality required
Location: KSA – Immediate mobilisation
Previous offshore/project experience as a Rigger preferred
Aramco approval is preferred
Valid passport and relevant work documents
