We are currently seeking a qualified Rigger to join a Floating Crane Vessel operating in the United States. The role involves supporting heavy lifting and construction operations, preparing and securing loads, and ensuring all rigging activities are executed safely and efficiently in line with company procedures and offshore safety standards.

• Preparing, rigging, and securing loads for crane lifting operations
• Assisting crane operators during lifting and positioning activities
• Inspecting rigging equipment, slings, shackles, and lifting gear
• Ensuring lifting operations comply with safety procedures and lift plans
• Participating in toolbox talks, risk assessments, and safety drills

• Medical fitness certificate
• Proficiency in English communication
• Proven experience as Rigger on crane vessels or offshore projects
• Valid rigging-related certificates appropriate to the position
• Strong understanding of lifting operations and safety procedures
