Position: Ordinary Seaman / Able Seaman (OS/AB)
Location: UK Sector, North Sea
Company Overview: We are a leading crewing partner for the Offshore energy sector, specializing in supplying qualified personnel for demanding offshore operations.

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced OS/AB to join a multi-role Emergency Response and Rescue Vessel (ERRV) operating in the UK sector. The vessel is a crucial safety asset for offshore installations. This is a permanent rotation position offering a stable 4-week on/off schedule, ideal for candidates seeking long-term employment with predictable work-life balance. The role involves general seamanship, deck maintenance, emergency response preparedness, and safety watch duties.



Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
•   Performing look-out, helmsman duties, and general watchkeeping under the officer's direction.
•   Conducting deck maintenance, painting, cleaning, and preservation work.
•   Assisting with cargo operations, rig moves, and emergency response equipment checks.
•   Participating in onboard safety drills, training, and emergency procedures.
•   Ensuring compliance with all safety and environmental protection regulations.



Requirements:
•   Valid STCW certificates (Basic Safety Training, Proficiency in Survival Craft, etc.)
•   Valid medical fitness certificate (seafarer's medical).
•   Proficiency in English communication (written and verbal).
•   Right to Work: Must hold a valid UK Frontier Worker Permit (FWP) or UK work visa.
•   Minimum of 1 year of documented experience working on offshore support vessels. ERRV experience is a strong advantage.
•   Preferred: Valid ISPS/ITSO certificate.



Employment Details:
•   Contract Type: Permanent rotation.
•   Rotation Schedule: 4 weeks on / 4 weeks off.
•   Salary: 100 EUR per day, paid for the full rotation cycle (on and off), equating to approx. 40,000 EUR annually.
•   Benefits: Standard offshore package includes accommodation and meals onboard. Travel arrangements for crew change are provided.
