Job Description
An Ordinary Seaman (OS) is required to join a Self-Elevating Offshore Unit in China. The OS will support the deck team with routine maintenance, cleaning, mooring assistance, deck operations, and other duties assigned by the Bosun and deck officers.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with mooring and deck operations.
- Performing cleaning, painting, chipping, and general deck maintenance.
- Supporting the Bosun and deck officers with daily tasks.
- Assisting with lifting and other marine operations as instructed.
- Maintaining good housekeeping and safe working practices.
Requirements
- EU nationals only.
- Cyprus Endorsement – mandatory.
- Valid CoC/certification appropriate to rank.
- Valid STCW certificates.
- Valid BOSIET / FOET (OPITO).
- Valid OEUK Medical.
- Previous Jack-Up experience preferred.
- Proficiency in English communication.
