We are currently recruiting an experienced Excavator Operator to join a dredging vessel project as part of the Sandfield Project supporting a major port expansion in Valencia, Spain. This is a challenging and high-profile project requiring skilled operators with proven experience in demanding wet sandfield environments.
The role involves operating excavators for material handling in harsh conditions, including wet sand and clay, while supporting overall dredging and construction activities in line with project safety and operational standards.

As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Operating excavators for handling and moving wet sand, clay, and other rough materials
• Supporting sandfield and dredging operations to ensure smooth project execution
• Performing daily inspections and basic maintenance checks on excavator equipment
• Ensuring all operations comply with safety procedures and site regulations
• Working closely with vessel crew and project teams to meet operational targets
• Reporting equipment issues, hazards, or operational concerns promptly

• Proven experience operating excavators in maritime or construction projects
• Previous experience working on wet sandfields (mandatory)
• Valid Excavator Operator License
• Strong knowledge of safety procedures and equipment handling
• Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure
• Fluency in English or Spanish
• Valid EU Passport
