PT. Maritime Manning Nusantara is urgently recruiting an experienced Dozer / Loader Operator to join a Floating Crane Vessel.
The successful candidate will be responsible for operating bulldozers, wheel loaders, and other assigned heavy equipment to support vessel operations and cargo handling activities. Previous experience in the same position and experience working with Chinese crew members are required.

Key Responsibilities:
• Operating bulldozers and wheel loaders for assigned vessel and cargo operations.
• Performing equipment inspections before and after operation.
• Supporting material handling and movement activities.
• Reporting technical problems and ensuring equipment is maintained in good working condition.
• Following lifting, operational, and workplace safety procedures.

Requirements:
• Previous experience as Dozer / Loader Operator is mandatory.
• Experience operating heavy machinery in marine, offshore, or construction environments.
• Experience working with Chinese crew members.
• Valid equipment operator certificates or licenses, where applicable.
• Good English communication skills.
• Ready to join at short notice.
