Job Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced Control Tower Operator to join a major offshore Construction Vessel operating in Trinidad. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and coordinating offshore construction activities, maintaining operational communication, and supporting safe and efficient project execution. This is an offshore assignment with an immediate start and a contract duration of approximately 4 weeks.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Monitoring offshore operations from the control tower.
• Coordinating communication between vessel departments and project personnel.
• Tracking operational activities and reporting project progress.
• Ensuring compliance with safety and operational procedures.
• Supporting offshore construction and pipelay activities as required.

• Valid STCW certificates
• Medical fitness certificate
• Proficiency in English communication
• Valid Passport
• Valid Seaman’s Book
• Valid OEUK Medical
• Valid STCW Seafarer Medical
• Shoulder/Bi-Deltoid Measurements
• Previous experience as Control Tower Operator on Pipelay or Construction Vessels
• Ability to travel to Trinidad without requiring a visa
