2nd Dredge Operator
Requirements:
Proven experience on dredging vessels, especially TSHD or backhoe dredgers
Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, including maintenance and troubleshooting
Familiarity with offshore safety standards and regulations
Proactive, analytical, and solution-oriented mindset
Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written
Valid STCW certificates, medical fitness, and all required documentation
