Oiler for Research Vessel (Qatar)

Job Description:
Seaworks Company is recruiting an experienced Oiler to join a research vessel operating in Qatar. The Oiler will assist the engineering department with machinery operation, maintenance, inspections, and general engine-room duties.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:

• Assist engineers with operation and maintenance of machinery.
• Monitor lubrication, temperatures, pressures, and equipment condition.
• Perform routine engine-room inspections.
• Assist with cleaning and maintenance of machinery.
• Maintain a safe and clean engine-room working environment.

Requirements:

• Relevant engine-room qualification, where applicable.
• Valid STCW certificates and relevant endorsements.
• Valid seafarer medical fitness certificate.
• Relevant sea-service experience.
• Good English communication skills.
