Job Description:
689 SMCS Offshore is urgently recruiting Oilers for Offshore Vessels. Candidates holding 3/4 COP are required. The Oiler will support the engine department with machinery operation, lubrication, maintenance, cleaning, and general engine room duties.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist engineering officers with engine room operations and machinery maintenance.
Perform routine lubrication, cleaning, and inspection of equipment.
Assist with planned maintenance and repair activities.
Maintain engine room cleanliness and safe working conditions.
Follow onboard safety procedures and engineering instructions.
Requirements:
3/4 COP required
Previous offshore vessel experience preferred
Valid STCW certificates
Medical fitness certificate
Proficiency in English communication
Valid seafarer's documents
Availability for urgent deployment
