Job Description:

Candina Group is recruiting an experienced Oiler to join an Offshore Support Vessel operating in Paramaribo, Suriname.

The Oiler will assist the engineering department with routine machinery operations, maintenance, cleaning, and general engine-room duties.

Key Responsibilities:

As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:

•  Assisting engineers with routine machinery operations. 
•  Carrying out cleaning and maintenance of engine-room equipment. 
•  Monitoring machinery and reporting abnormalities. 
•  Assisting with planned maintenance and repairs. 
•  Maintaining engine-room housekeeping and safety standards. 

Requirements:

•  Valid Oiler / Engine Room Rating COP. 
•  Previous OSV/offshore vessel experience. 
•  Valid STCW certificates. 
•  Valid medical fitness certificate. 
•  Valid seafarer documents. 
•  Good English communication skills. 
•  Availability to embark ASAP. 
• All nationalities are welcome.
