Job Description:
PT. Benteng Marine Service is looking for an experienced Oiler to join a crewboat operating in the Middle East. The successful candidate will support the engine department with routine machinery operations, maintenance, inspections, and general engine room duties. Previous crewboat experience and Middle East experience are required.
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
Assist the engineering team with routine operation and maintenance of machinery and equipment.
Carry out engine room inspections and monitor machinery condition.
Assist with cleaning, lubrication, and planned maintenance tasks.
Support engineers during repairs and troubleshooting activities.
Maintain engine room cleanliness and comply with vessel safety procedures.
Requirements:
Previous experience working on crewboats
Previous Middle East experience
Valid documents with at least 15 months validity
Good command of English
Valid STCW certificates and medical fitness certificate as applicable
Relevant experience in the engine department

Contract Duration: As per company terms
Salary: USD 1,250 per month
