Job Description:
Aavishka is urgently hiring an experienced Oiler for AHTS (Anchor Handling Tug Supply) / OSV (Offshore Support Vessel) non-DP vessels operating in KSA. The successful candidate will support engine-room operations and assist with the maintenance and safe operation of machinery and equipment onboard.
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Assisting with the operation and maintenance of engine-room machinery
• Carrying out routine inspections, cleaning, lubrication, and maintenance tasks
• Monitoring machinery and reporting any abnormalities to engineering officers
• Assisting engineers with repairs and daily engine-room operations
• Following vessel safety procedures and HSE requirements
Requirements:
• Valid Certificate of Proficiency: Able Seafarer Engine / Oiler (II/5) COP, issued by the Home Country
• Minimum 24 months’ experience as Oiler on similar types of offshore vessels
• Experience on AHTS / OSV non-DP vessels
• All relevant certificates must be valid for at least 12 months
• Proficiency in English communication
• Availability to join ASAP
