Job Description:
We are currently looking for an experienced Motorman to join a Jack-Up Barge operating in UK waters. The successful candidate will support the engine department with routine machinery operations, maintenance, inspections, and general engine-room duties throughout the project.
The position is available for the full project period from 14 September to 23 October 2026.
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
- Assisting engineers with routine engine-room operations and maintenance.
- Monitoring machinery and equipment during vessel operations.
- Carrying out cleaning, lubrication, and general engine-room duties.
- Assisting with inspections, repairs, and planned maintenance.
- Following offshore safety procedures and company regulations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Motorman.
- Valid Right to Work Permit.
- Valid HUET including CA-EBS.
- Valid GWO Working at Heights.
- Valid GWO Manual Handling.
- Valid Chester Step Test.
- Valid STCW certificates and relevant seafarer documents.
- Valid medical fitness certificate.
- Availability for the full project period.
