Job Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced Medic to join a Geotechnical Drilling Vessel operating in Ghana. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing primary medical care to onboard personnel, maintaining medical facilities and supplies, and supporting the vessel’s health and safety programs. This is a short-term offshore assignment with mobilization scheduled for 29 June 2026. Candidates must meet all travel and medical requirements for entry into Ghana.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Providing first aid, emergency response, and routine medical care to crew members
• Maintaining onboard medical records, equipment, and pharmaceutical supplies
• Conducting health monitoring and supporting occupational health initiatives
• Advising crew on health, hygiene, and disease prevention measures
• Ensuring compliance with company medical procedures and offshore regulations

Requirements:
• Valid STCW certificates
• Medical fitness certificate
• Proficiency in English communication
• Valid Yellow Fever vaccination certificate (completed at least 10 days before entry into Ghana)
• Malaria prophylaxis (malaria tablets) as required for travel
• MLC Medical preferred
• Previous offshore medical experience preferred
• Valid Passport and Seaman’s Book
