Job Description

Select Offshore is recruiting qualified Scaffolders to support maintenance, construction, and access operations at offshore facilities. Candidates should be experienced in working safely at height and assembling scaffolding structures in accordance with approved procedures and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities

As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:

• Erecting, modifying, and dismantling scaffolding structures.
• Inspecting scaffolding components before use and reporting damaged materials.
• Ensuring scaffolding is assembled according to approved designs and procedures.
• Working safely at height and using appropriate fall-protection equipment.
• Maintaining an orderly worksite and safe storage of materials.
• Complying with permit-to-work systems and offshore safety requirements.

Requirements

• Relevant experience as a Scaffolder.
• Previous offshore or oil and gas experience is preferred.
• Valid scaffolding qualification or competency certificate appropriate to the position.
• Working-at-height training and other safety certificates as required.
• Valid offshore medical certificate.
• Valid offshore safety training, such as BOSIET or FOET, where required.
• Valid passport and relevant employment documents.
• Strong understanding of working-at-height safety procedures.
