Job Description
PT BCP is looking for an experienced Mechanic to join a PSV operating in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting mechanical maintenance, machinery inspections, and repair activities onboard.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform mechanical maintenance and repairs
- Inspect machinery and mechanical components
- Assist engineers with troubleshooting and overhauls
- Maintain tools and workshop equipment
- Report machinery defects and maintenance requirements
- Follow onboard HSE procedures
Requirements
- Minimum 2–8 years of experience as Mechanic onboard PSV vessels
- Relevant mechanical qualifications and certificates
- Valid STCW certification package
- Foreign-going vessel experience
- Experience working with multinational crews
- Good English communication skills
- Valid passport, seaman's book, and medical certificate
