Job Description:
iPS Powerful People is seeking an Offshore Mechanic for a temporary yard assignment aboard a jack-up drilling rig in the Netherlands. The project is currently expected to continue through November 2026.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform planned maintenance, repairs and overhaul work on rig machinery and mechanical systems.
- Service pumps, winches, hydraulic systems and auxiliary equipment.
- Carry out inspections, troubleshooting and equipment servicing.
- Complete maintenance work in accordance with work instructions and project requirements.
- Work with engineers, supervisors and other mechanics.
Requirements:
- Valid BOSIET certificate.
- Valid Offshore Medical certificate.
- Previous experience as an Offshore Mechanic, Rig Mechanic or in a similar position.
- Experience with maintenance, overhaul and repair of mechanical equipment.
- Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary technical team.
