Job Description:
A leading offshore operator is recruiting an experienced Third Engineer (2. Maskinist) to join a Multi-Purpose Support Vessel (MPSV) operating in Norway. Joining is scheduled for 19 August. This position offers the opportunity for a permanent role with a stable 4-week rotation onboard a modern offshore vessel.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the operation, maintenance, and repair of the vessel's main engines, auxiliary machinery, and engine room systems.
- Carry out planned preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Monitor engine room equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.
- Maintain maintenance records and comply with company procedures.
- Ensure compliance with ISM Code, SOLAS, MARPOL, and company HSE standards.
- Support the Chief and Second Engineers in daily engine room operations.
Requirements:
- Minimum M4 Certificate of Competency (CoC).
- Valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate.
- Valid STCW Security Duties certificate.
- Valid Seafarer's Medical Certificate.
- ERM (Engine Room Resource Management) certificate.
- Valid Seaman's Book.
- Valid Passport.
- IGF (International Code of Safety for Ships Using Gases or Other Low-Flashpoint Fuels) certificate is an advantage.
- Previous experience on MPSV or similar offshore vessels is preferred.
- Good English communication skills.
