We are currently seeking an experienced Equipment / Mechanical Technician to join a Cable Lay Vessel operating in the United Kingdom. This is a short-term offshore assignment starting on 13 July, with an expected duration of 3–6 weeks. The successful candidate must have UK working rights, along with proven experience in trenching operations and working with SMD Trenchers.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
- Inspect, maintain, and repair mechanical equipment used during cable lay and trenching operations.
- Operate, troubleshoot, and support SMD Trenchers to ensure reliable offshore performance.
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance in accordance with company procedures.
- Diagnose mechanical faults and minimize equipment downtime.
- Ensure compliance with HSE policies and offshore operational standards.

- Medical fitness certificate
- Proficiency in English communication
- Valid BOSIET or FOET certificate
- Valid Passport
