Job Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced Deck Mechanic to join a Heavy Lift Vessel operating in the United Kingdom. The successful candidate will be responsible for the maintenance, inspection, and repair of deck machinery and mechanical equipment, ensuring the safe and efficient operation of lifting and deck systems onboard. This is an offshore assignment with mobilization scheduled for 24 June 2026. Candidates must possess valid UK working rights and all required offshore certifications.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Maintaining and repairing deck machinery, hydraulic systems, and mechanical equipment
• Supporting the operation and upkeep of heavy lift and cargo handling equipment
• Performing planned and corrective maintenance in accordance with company procedures
• Troubleshooting mechanical faults and minimizing equipment downtime
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and operational standards onboard

Requirements:
• Valid STCW certificates
• Medical fitness certificate
• Proficiency in English communication
• Valid HUET, BOSIET, or FOET certification
• Valid CA-EBS certification
• Seaman’s Book
• Valid Passport
• Must have legal UK working rights
• Previous offshore deck mechanic experience preferred
