Location: Offshore (International)
We are urgently seeking experienced Multicat Skippers (Masters) to join an active offshore project operating large Multicat vessels (400+ GT). Candidates should have a strong offshore background with extensive command experience and proven leadership skills. The project start date is flexible, but earlier availability is highly preferred.
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Operate and command large Multicat vessels (400+ GT) in offshore environments
• Ensure the safe and efficient operation of all vessel machinery, equipment, and systems
• Lead and manage the crew, ensuring tasks are completed in compliance with safety regulations
• Oversee deck operations including anchoring, mooring, dredging, and lifting operations
• Ensure vessel is maintained and inspected regularly, reporting any discrepancies or repairs required
• Manage navigation and port entry/exit procedures
• Enforce safety management systems and compliance with all regulatory standards
• Extensive command experience on large Multicat vessels (400+ GT)
• Valid STCW certification package
• Strong offshore background and proven leadership skills
• Ability to manage a multinational crew and offshore operations
• Previous experience in offshore construction or similar large vessel operations is preferred
• Availability in the near future (earlier availability is prioritized)
• English language proficiency
